PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is a regional branch of PetroChina Company Limited. Its predecessors, Lanzhou Refinery and Lanzhou Chemical Plant, were key national projects of China's First Five‑Year Plan, known as the cradle of China's refining and petrochemical industry.
The company supplies polyolefins, synthetic rubbers and hydrocarbon resins, including PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, SBR, NBR and Hydrogenated C5 Hydrocarbon Resin, widely used in plastic processing, rubber seals, adhesives and automobile industries. Supported by China's Western Development Strategy and PetroChina's strategic planning as one of the four major national refining‑chemical bases, it keeps upgrading technologies to become a high‑competitiveness petrochemical complex, delivering consistent high‑quality raw materials for global customers.
