Technology Integration

Controlled Polyolefin Polymerization Technology (PP/PE): Gas-phase and liquid-phase polymerization processes, allowing for control of molecular weight and copolymer components to produce grades with varying rigidity and toughness, suitable for injection molding, films, pipes, and medical applications.

Nitrile Rubber Low-Temperature Emulsion Polymerization Technology (NBR): Low-temperature emulsion polymerization process, adjusting the acrylonitrile ratio, resulting in oil-resistant products with excellent processing properties, used in oil-resistant rubber products.

Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Low-Temperature Emulsion Copolymerization Technology (SBR): Low-temperature copolymerization, resulting in stable Mooney viscosity, wear resistance, and aging resistance, primarily used in tires and rubber products.

Two-stage C5 catalytic hydrogenation technology (C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin): Raw material refining – polymerization – deep hydrogenation reduces unsaturation, resulting in a lighter-colored resin with good tackification and compatibility, suitable for hot melt adhesives and rubber/plastic modification.

Integrated refining and chemical feedstock optimization technology: Optimizes crude oil processing, ensuring a stable supply of monomers such as ethylene, butadiene, and C5, guaranteeing feedstock supply for downstream chemical plants.
