PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company is located in Panjin, Liaoning, within the Liaohe Oilfield. It is a characteristic refining and chemical enterprise under PetroChina. The company operates under the brand “Kunlun · Huanxiling”. Its core products cover full-range road asphalt, special lubricating oils and low-sulfur marine fuel oil. It also produces gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, naphtha, polypropylene and petroleum coke. Products are supplied across China and exported to overseas markets. Its high-grade heavy-duty asphalt has been applied in national key projects including Chang’an Avenue. The company has established a comprehensive quality control system and obtained ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management and occupational health and safety management system certifications. It owns complete product testing and traceability mechanisms and can provide customized product solutions for customers.
